Who we are
International experience, local presence
Real Capital Caribe is part of Real Capital Ventures, an international investment group active in real estate, hospitality, financial markets and private equity. The group’s real estate experience spans growing markets in the Americas and Europe, including the United States, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, Panama, Colombia and Uruguay.
That experience guided the choice of Santo Domingo — the capital of the Dominican Republic — as the base of our Caribbean operations, and of the Polígono Central, its premier business and residential district, as the location of our developments.
Today we develop and operate condo-hotel buildings in which investors own their apartments and earn income from a professionally managed hospitality business.
