Santo Domingo · Dominican Republic
Real Capital Caribe identifies, develops and manages income-producing real estate in Santo Domingo, so international investors can preserve, grow and protect their capital in one of the Caribbean’s strongest economies.
About Real Capital Caribe
Real Capital Caribe is an international team of real estate professionals based in Santo Domingo. We are the Caribbean company of Real Capital Ventures, the investment group chaired by Antonio Velardo, whose projects span the United States, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, Panama, Colombia and Uruguay.
When the global economy feels uncertain, investors look for stability and steady income. Our answer is carefully selected real estate in the most sought-after district of the Dominican capital, backed by a legal framework that protects foreign investors and a tourism sector that keeps breaking records.

Our developments
Both buildings stand in the Polígono Central, the financial, shopping and dining district of the capital, and are designed for business travellers and long-stay guests alike.
Our second tower raises the bar: a rooftop pool and terrace overlooking the city, an elegant lobby lounge, a fully equipped gym and 24/7 concierge.
A nine-storey, 42-unit building beside the tree-lined paths of Serrallés Park, with porcelain floors, Italian modular kitchens and hotel-style services.
