The project
A new standard for living and staying in the capital
Central Suites Tower sits in the heart of the Polígono Central, next to Piantini — the capital’s most sought-after district thanks to its calm residential streets, financial activity, shopping and the restaurants and nightlife nearby.
The building combines furnished apartments with hotel services. Guests and owners enjoy a rooftop pool and terrace with views over the city, an elegant lobby lounge, a fully equipped gym, a business center and meeting area, and a 24/7 concierge.
Like our first tower, Central Suites Tower follows the condo-hotel model: each owner holds the title to their apartment while the building is operated as a hotel.
